Originally founded in 1971 by Jim Emery, Broker/Co-Owner, Mr. Emery joined Century 21 and over the next 21 years became the Top Producing AND largest company in the Century 21 system, leading in sales for over 15 years. In 1993, Mr. Emery switched franchise affiliations to Prudential CA Real Estate and seven years later joined Coldwell Banker Alliance Realty. The move to the Coldwell Banker System was done to benefit our clients and our agents. Coldwell Banker, the longest established name brand in real estate, has been in business for almost 100 years.
